GENERAL CARE INSTRUCTIONS FOR SLEEPEEZEE PRODUCTS
At Sleepeezee we take pride in our product quality and hope that you will look after your investment. To receive the best possible performance from your choice of Sleepeezee sleep systems, please read the following Conditions and Care Instructions.
•Airing – We recommend occasionally vacuuming / airing your mattress
•Tighten – Screw base fittings or castors in tightly. Check and re-tighten regularly (3 times a year)
•Rotate and turn – Rotating and turning will even out settling of upholstery layers.
HOW TO CLAIM ON YOUR WARRANTY
At Sleepeezee, we hope that you will enjoy many years of comfort in your new bed. In the unlikely event that your Sleepeezee product should exhibit signs of defective workmanship or material, please contact the place of purchase or Sleepeezee, using the above contact details, within the first 5 days of noticing the fault and a customer service representative will advise you on steps to take to make a claim and where to send any products under Warranty. Upon contacting us you must:
•Provide us with your full name address and details of the defect
•Provide us with your original proof of purchase receipt (unless you have registered your purchase with us)
THE WARRANTY PROCESS
Before contacting the place of purchase or Sleepeezee please be aware of the following
• Proof of purchase – To be eligible to make a claim under this Warranty you must retain your receipt and provide it at time of claiming under this Warranty.
•Hygiene requirement – Under workplace legal regulations, bedding stores and manufacturers are not permitted to handle products in an unsanitary condition. We advise that you use a mattress protector to avoid soiling. This is important if you wish your Warranty to remain valid.
